Normal shipments are delivered as standard shipment within 2 business days. Express shipments are delivered within 1 business day, while standard shipments take a maximum of 3-5 business days.

All of our products are shipped in a protected box. Mappe Design cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. Mappe Design reserves the right to make changes in these conditions.

Although we are very assertive about our products, if for any reason you do not want the product, you can send it by courier after notifying the return process to www.mappedesign.com within 3 days from the delivery date. In order for the products to be accepted for return and exchange, they must not have been used in any way, and every item (such as labels, brochures, stickers) that comes out of the package must not have lost its full delivery and salability feature.

Products that have been destroyed, used or have lost their purchasing ability cannot be returned.
